okyplay Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and okyplay ("okyplay," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://okyplay.org and any associated mobile applications or subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using the okyplay Platform in any capacity — whether to browse game content, deposit funds, place bets, participate in promotions, or interact with any feature offered by okyplay — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the okyplay Platform and close your account, if applicable. Continued use of the Platform after any published amendment to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those amended terms.

Use of the okyplay Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for all licensed online casino operations in the Philippines. Registration, deposit, and real-money wagering are all prohibited for persons under 21 years old.

The okyplay Platform is operated under a license from PAGCOR and is intended for use by residents and present occupants of the Republic of the Philippines who are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your specific jurisdiction. okyplay does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.

When creating an okyplay account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, residential address, and any other details requested during registration and KYC — is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Each natural person may register and maintain only one (1) okyplay account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts detected by okyplay's fraud and compliance systems will be closed without notice, and any balances held across duplicate accounts may be permanently withheld pending compliance review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okyplay account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party and to immediately notify okyplay's support team if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

okyplay will never contact you by SMS, email, or any other channel to request your password or full payment details. Any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent, and you should report it to okyplay immediately via live chat.

All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions placed from your okyplay account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether they were made by you personally. okyplay is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account credentials where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security.

An okyplay account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered inactive. okyplay reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts, up to a maximum of ₱200 per month, until the account balance reaches zero or the player logs in and resumes activity. okyplay will attempt to notify the registered account holder by email and SMS before inactivity fees commence.

okyplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction via most supported payment methods.
• GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your okyplay wallet within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet may take between 5 and 30 minutes to reflect, depending on the originating bank.
• okyplay does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party funding is prohibited.
• okyplay reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit transaction as part of AML compliance procedures under the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: GCash and Maya — within 15 minutes under normal conditions; bank transfers — up to 1 business hour.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or held pending KYC verification, bonus wagering requirement completion, or compliance review.
• okyplay reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits based on account tier, verification status, or compliance requirements.

okyplay offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP program rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, which are communicated at the time the promotion is offered and supersede general bonus terms where they conflict.

All bonus funds credited to an okyplay account are subject to wagering requirements, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 25x, 30x) applied to the bonus amount. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and validity period for each bonus are stated in the promotion's individual terms.

• Wagering on games with restricted contribution rates (e.g., live dealer games may contribute at a lower percentage than slots) may not fully count toward bonus clearance. Specific contribution rates are published per promotion.
• If you choose to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• okyplay reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds if it determines that a player has exploited bonus mechanics, engaged in low-risk betting to meet wagering requirements, or breached any other term of this Agreement.

Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing. okyplay reserves the right to exclude any account from promotional eligibility at its discretion, including accounts that have previously abused promotional terms, accounts subject to self-exclusion or responsible gaming restrictions, and accounts identified by risk systems as potential bonus abuse participants.

All games available on the okyplay Platform — including slots, live casino table games, bingo, sabong, sports betting, fishing games, and all other titles — are governed by the individual game rules published within the game interface or help section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by okyplay's systems, it is final and cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. okyplay's settlement of all game outcomes is final, subject only to error correction as described in Section 6.3 below.

In the event of a manifest error, technical malfunction, software fault, or any other technical or human error that affects the outcome of a game or bet — including incorrect odds display, incorrect payout calculations, or interrupted game sessions — okyplay reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake. okyplay is not obligated to honor winnings derived from malfunctions or errors. Any decision made by okyplay under this clause is final.

For sports betting markets, okyplay follows standard industry settlement rules. Bets on events that are abandoned or postponed beyond 24 hours from the original scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned, unless the market remains open and updated odds are published by okyplay. In-play bets on completed portions of a match stand regardless of subsequent abandonment, unless otherwise specified in the individual market rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okyplay Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and/or referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, using a stolen or unauthorized payment method, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit payout structures, or unfairly advantage one or more accounts at the expense of other players, particularly in poker or other competitive formats.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, placing deliberately low-risk bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk, or exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Use of Automated Systems: Using bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic assistance to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics, without the prior written consent of okyplay.
• Money Laundering: Using the okyplay Platform to deposit, layer, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity. okyplay is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) under Philippine law.
• Account Sharing or Transfer: Allowing another person to access, fund, or use your okyplay account, or attempting to sell, transfer, or assign your account to another party.
• Interference with Platform Operations: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or otherwise interfere with the okyplay Platform, its servers, networks, or software infrastructure.

okyplay is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimizing harm to players. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that all verified account holders may activate at any time, free of charge, through the Account Settings section.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the maximum amount you may deposit into your okyplay wallet.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Betting activity will be suspended automatically when the limit is reached.
• Session Time Limits: Set an automatic session duration limit. okyplay will notify you when your session limit is approaching and log you out when it expires.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, up to 6 weeks) to take a break from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all gambling activity on the okyplay Platform. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of submission and are irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.

All content on the okyplay Platform — including but not limited to the okyplay brand name, logo, website design, software, game graphics, text, audio, video, layout, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of okyplay or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the okyplay Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, republish, or create derivative works of any Platform content; reverse-engineer any software on the Platform; or use okyplay's brand assets without express written permission.

okyplay endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers, telecommunications networks, or force majeure events. okyplay will not be liable for losses caused by Platform unavailability, including missed betting opportunities.

You acknowledge that gambling is an activity involving risk and that you may lose all funds deposited on the okyplay Platform. okyplay is not responsible for your financial decisions, gambling outcomes, or any losses you incur through legitimate use of the Platform. All bets are placed at your sole risk and discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, okyplay's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your okyplay account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. okyplay shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages.

okyplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, or any game-specific rules.
• Failure to complete or pass mandatory KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a chargebacks or payment dispute initiated against a deposit made to the account.
• Regulatory requirement, law enforcement request, or court order.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the account holder.
• Account inactivity in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

In the event of account closure due to a breach by the player, okyplay may withhold all or part of the account balance pending a compliance review. Where a balance is legitimately held in a closed account with no compliance grounds for withholding, okyplay will process a withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable period.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the okyplay Platform — including game outcomes, payment processing, account management, or promotional terms — you should first contact okyplay's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. okyplay aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with okyplay's support team, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority for online gaming complaints in the Philippines.

This Agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the mechanism described in Section 12.1.

okyplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, okyplay will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following channels: a notice displayed on the Platform at login, an email to the account holder's registered email address, or an SMS to the registered mobile number.

The amended Terms and Conditions will be effective from the date published on this page, which is reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the okyplay Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
